With the PDF Extra sharing option, you can:

· Provide a link for people to download the sent file.
· Send a copy of your file as an email attachment.
· Send a link to your file.

*Note that this file-sharing option is only available for files you keep in MobiDrive. Be sure to save your file to your MobiDrive cloud.



Share PDF document via email

1. Open your PDF Extra document, and click the Share icon at the top left side of the ribbon.

2. Click Send Link via Email.

3. In OfficeSuite Mail, enter the recipient's email address. Click Send.

*The people you are sharing with will get an email with a link to your document.

2. Click Email Document or Zip & Email Document.
