Manipulate pages

Merge PDFs
In PDF Extra, you can combine two or more PDFs in to a single PDF file. 

1. Open PDF Extra and select New. 
   
   
2. Tap Combine. Browse to the directory containing the files you want to merge in the resulting Navigation screen. 
   
   
3. Select the PDF files you want to combine. Tap Combine. 

Insert pages to a PDF

1. Open a PDF. Tap the Page edit icon.
   
   
2. Tap Edit. 
   
   
3. On the toolbar, tap Insert. Select an option:

• Blank page: Insert blank pages in your PDF. 
  
  
• From another PDF: Insert a PDF file in to the current PDF file, or merge two PDF files.
  
  
• Scan
  
  
• Photos

Extract pages from a PDF

1. Open a PDF. Tap the Page edit icon on the bottom. 
   
   
2. Tap Edit. Select the page or pages you want to extract. You can select multiple consecutive or nonconsecutive pages. 
   
   
3. On the toolbar, tap Extract. 
   Optionally, tick Delete pages after extracting.

Delete a page

1. Open a PDF.  Tap the Page edit icon on the bottom. 
   
   
2. Tap Edit. Select the page you want to delete, or select multiple pages. 
   
   
3. On the toolbar, tap Delete. 

Reorder pages

1. Open a PDF. Tap the Page edit icon on the bottom. 
   
   
2. Tap Edit. Select the pages you want to reorder. You can select multiple consecutive or nonconsecutive pages. 
   
   
3. Drag and drop the selection.

Duplicate pages

1. Open a PDF. Tap the Page edit icon on the bottom. 
   
   
2. Tap Edit. Select the page you want to duplicate. You can select multiple consecutive or nonconsecutive pages. 
   
   
3. On the toolbar, tap Duplicate. 

Rotate pages

1. Open a PDF. Tap the Page edit icon on the bottom. 
   
   
2. Tap Edit. Select the pages you want to rotate. You can select multiple consecutive or nonconsecutive pages. 
   
   
3. On the toolbar, tap Rotate.
   Rotation is based on 90° increments.
